WHAT IS VISTA ALIGNS?
VISTA ALIGNS focuses on building our community's capacity to respond collaboratively to community needs. This program aligns local systems and services to reduce duplication and maximize outcomes. United Way of Escambia County works directly with the Corporation of National and Community Service (CNCS) to place AmeriCorps VISTA members at VISTA ALIGNS nonprofit partner agencies.
VISTA ALIGNS offers members an opportunity to gain transferable skills that can be utilized in any industry. All VISTAs have an opportunity to hone their professional and personal passions.
